An Intensive 5-day Training Course
Building Resilience and
Sustainable Team Performance
Skills and Techniques Leaders Can Use to Support Teams in
Delivering Excellently in Challenging Environments
Course Introduction
This Building Resilience and Sustainable Team Performance training course offers delegates the opportunity to understand and apply the latest applications of management, psychology, and professional development to enable them to better help their own teams to perform and grow in challenging times, where uncertainty and rapid change can be so unsettling to so many.
The cost in time and money to recruit and train new team members, and the loss of tacit knowledge held by those that may leave, means it is now more important than ever for managers to understand the capital investment and value in the people side of our businesses. What motivates people beyond money? Why do people leave ‘good’ jobs? How do we create a team culture that makes leaving a less attractive option for those talented and often difficult to replace people?
Leadership and Communication skills are already known as the most sought-after management skills around the world (McKinsey, 2018) in a volatile global business environment research shows that building resilience is not a fluffy add on for senior executives.
This Building Resilience and Sustainable Team Performance training course will feature:
- A strong foundation in the modern organizational context and role of leader
- An understanding of team dynamics, motivation, resilience, and anti-fragility
- An appreciation of techniques from Positive Psychology and Coaching
