Training Course Fees
The training course fees cover instruction, all course materials, lunches, and refreshments served throughout the training course. Please note that hotel accommodation is not included. Payment options include the delegate paying the course fee directly or requesting an invoice for their company/sponsor. Both credit card and cheque payments are acceptable.
Cancellation / Substitution
Full payment of the training course fee must be completed at least ten (10) days before the program’s start date. Cancellations made in writing at least 14 days prior to the training course will incur a US$250.00 administration fee. A registered delegate can nominate a substitute at no extra cost, provided that this is done in writing and received by Oxford Management & Consultancy at least one week before the program begins.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not part of the course fee. However, participants interested in staying at the hotel venue may be eligible for a reduced corporate rate, subject to availability. Requests for hotel reservations should be submitted at least three (3) weeks before the program’s start date. Please be aware that all hotel accommodations are subject to availability, and the hotel’s terms and conditions will apply.
Attendance Certificate
To receive a certificate, including applicable Continuing Professional Education Units/Hours, participants are required to attend all program days and fulfill all program requirements.
Force Majeure
In situations beyond the Company’s control, such as unforeseen circumstances, the Company may need to postpone, change the training course venue, or substitute the assigned Instructor. The Company reserves the right to exercise this clause and implement such changes. Please be aware that fees, dates, and speakers are subject to change, and Oxford Management & Consultancy’s liability is limited to the reimbursement of paid program fees.
