Job Evaluation & Job Analysis are key components in understanding Reward Management.  Participants will have a practical and contextual understanding of how jobs are analyzed and valued, which in turn can be applied to the design, development, and implementation of effective compensation systems. Participants will also explore how different compensation systems can be used in pay and grading structures and in particular the link with broader issues of effective talent management. Paying for performance and value are inextricably linked to efficient productivity. These fuels and sustains employee engagement and retention.

Participants will consider bench-marked approaches to job analysis and evaluation, that enable the design of jobs that are purposeful and rewarding. The links to pay and other forms of remuneration will also be examined, to explore how different compensation systems can be applied to the overall compensation structure to ensure internal equity while also sustaining high levels of productivity. We request that all cancellations be made at least one week before the class start date. You may reschedule this class without any penalty. If not, a $250 fee will be charged for cancellations received less than one week before a class begins and for no-shows. Cancellation penalties and any fees incurred by Oxford Management Centre will be deducted from refunds.
