An Intensive 5-day Training Course
Blockchain Strategy Bootcamp
Understand Blockchain Easily

Course Introduction
The name Blockchain is derived from the way transaction data is stored in blocks linked to the chain. Blockchain grows with the number of transactions. Blocks record and verify the timing and sequence of transactions and log on to the blockchain within separate networks governed by rules agreed upon by network participants. Each block contains a hash, which is a digital fingerprint or unique identifier, a timestamped batch of recent valid transactions, and a hash of the previous block. The previous block hash ties up blocks together and prevents blocks from being modified or inserted between two existing blocks.
Blockchain has four concepts. The first is a shared ledger. It is a distributed, attachment-only system of record shared across the corporate network. With a shared ledger, transactions are recorded only once, eliminating the duplication of effort common in traditional business networks. The second is permissions that ensure transactions are secure, authenticated, and auditable. By limiting network participation, organizations can more easily comply with privacy regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The third is smart contracts. It is a contract or set of rules governing business transactions. Stored on the blockchain and automatically executed as part of the transaction. The fourth is consensus, where all parties to a transaction validated by the network agree.
