Sustainable Leadership: Powerful Creative Thinking & Problem Solving

NASBA

Course Introduction

Major changes in our world have created demand for a new type of leadership. This leadership combines long-term sustainability and social responsibility with the creative and critical thinking capabilities needed to solve complex problems. Organisations today must navigate environmental pressure, social expectation, regulatory shift, and rapid technological change. The leaders who thrive will be those who can think creatively, solve problems systematically, engage stakeholders authentically, and create value for all stakeholders, including future generations and the community.

This Sustainable Leadership through Powerful Creative Thinking & Problem Solving training course integrates two essential leadership capabilities: sustainable leadership and creative problem-solving. Delegates will learn how to balance people, planet, and profit while mastering the creative and critical thinking tools needed to generate, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions. In a complex and fast-moving world, the most valued professionals will be those who can develop innovative solutions, encourage creative thinking in themselves and those they lead, and do so in a way that is sustainable for their organisations, their communities, and the future.

This training course will highlight:

  • Essential traits, skills, and competencies of effective sustainable leaders
  • Methods to identify and engage with stakeholders effectively, including silent stakeholders such as future generations
  • Principles of people, planet, and profit in sustainable leadership, and how to manage trade-offs transparently
