Global Leadership Skills: Thriving in Multi-Cultural Environment

Building Cultural Intelligence (CQ) for Success

NASBA

Course Introduction

A mere 40 years ago, the concept of globalisation was still in its relative infancy. But with the rise of market liberalisation in the 1980s and fuelled by the digital revolution that began in the 2000s, the world has become a much smaller, hyper-connected place - one where people from different cultures interact more closely than ever before. The world of work is no exception, and many of today’s business leaders and managers are having to navigate environments where results are driven by a culturally diverse workforce. In such environments, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is key to managerial success.

In this exciting 5-day Global Leadership Skills: Thriving in Multi-Cultural Environment training course, delegates will gain a rich toolkit that helps them develop their Cultural Intelligence. They will take a deep-dive into the leadership behaviours needed to excel in a cross-cultural workplace, explore how communication differs between cultures, and learn how to lead global teams. Furthermore, training course participants will discover what it takes to build strong relationships with clients and customers in different parts of the world, learn about global business etiquette, and discover a range of practical ‘culture maps’ and tools.

This Oxford Management Centre training course will highlight:

  • Sharpen your Cultural Intelligence (CQ)
