Course Introduction
This highly interactive Oxford Management Centre training course on Quality Assurance & Control will explore simple approaches to Quality Assurance and Control which can be applied in any environment and sector, and which will enable delegates to improve their knowledge, understanding and practice.
The training course will explain the natures of, and differences between, Quality Assurance & Quality Control. Quality Assurance is process oriented and focuses on defect prevention, whilst Quality Control is product or service oriented and focuses on defect identification and remedy. Typically, Quality Assurance involves extensive planning of activities to prevent things going wrong and leading to poor product or service. In contrast, Quality Control techniques exist to to maintain standards in operations and achieve Improvement.
The training course emphasizes the relationships with good management practice, as well as the contributions to improving quality, customer satisfaction & performance excellence.

We request that all cancellations be made at least one week before the class start date. You may reschedule this class without any penalty. If not, a $250 fee will be charged for cancellations received less than one week before a class begins and for no-shows. Cancellation penalties and any fees incurred by Oxford Management Centre will be deducted from refunds.

The classroom training fees include course presentation, relevant materials, physical & digital documentation, lunch and refreshments served during entire training. Accommodation and transportation are not included in the training course fees.
While, online training fees cover the course presentation and digital documentation and relevant materials.
The Oxford Management Centre Certificate of Completion with corresponding CPE credits shall be awarded to delegates who has successfully completed the training course.
Payment must be received before the training course commences. You can make payment by bank draft, cash, credit card or wire transfer.
