The “Strategy Masterclass” training course is aimed at developing the knowledge and core competencies that experienced managers need in taking their part of their organisation to the next level of achievement.  It will demonstrate the process by which strategic management capability is developed.

The training process is based on a carefully planned mix of (a) highly focused tutor input – with practical illustration of techniques and concepts; (b) group work on small-scale case examples; (c) interaction and discussion of specific issues in business strategy; (d) group work on larger case studies.  The training course manual will serve as a toolkit for subsequent everyday use.  There will also be presentations on DVD given by acknowledged world-leading authorities on several of the subjects that make up this training course.

Above all the principles and approaches to strategic management will be illustrated by reference to strategic decisions in real-life cases in which the course leader has been personally involved.

We request that all cancellations be made at least one week before the class start date. You may reschedule this class without any penalty. If not, a $250 fee will be charged for cancellations received less than one week before a class begins and for no-shows. Cancellation penalties and any fees incurred by Oxford Management Centre will be deducted from refunds.

The classroom training fees include course presentation, relevant materials, physical & digital documentation, lunch and refreshments served during entire training. Accommodation and transportation are not included in the training course fees.

While, online training fees cover the course presentation and digital documentation and relevant materials.

The Oxford Management Centre Certificate of Completion with corresponding CPE credits shall be awarded to delegates who has successfully completed the training course.

Payment must be received before the training course commences. You can make payment by bank draft, cash, credit card or wire transfer.
