This 10-day, The Advanced Management Programme training course is designed to provide practicing or potential leaders with the knowledge and skills required by the role. This course is split in two modules:

Module 2: The Competent Manager
Each module is structured and can be taken as a stand-alone training course; however, delegates will maximise their benefits by taking Module 1 and 2 back-to-back as a 2-week training course.

This Advanced Management Programme course is based on a combination of interactive activities - group and individual exercises, case studies, and discussions - along with formal delivery of the latest theory and thinking.
