An Interactive 5-Day Training Course

Strategic Evidence-Based Reporting & Impact Communication

NASBA

Course Introduction

Organisations today operate in an environment where transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes are essential. Senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners increasingly expect reporting that goes beyond activity descriptions to provide credible evidence, clear insights, and demonstrable impact.

Evidence-based reporting has therefore evolved into a strategic capability that enables organisations to translate operational data, programme results, and field insights into structured, decision-ready information. When reporting is supported by credible evidence, effective data interpretation, and clear communication, it becomes a powerful tool for strengthening organisational learning, supporting leadership decisions, and demonstrating measurable results.

This intensive five-day training course provides participants with practical frameworks, analytical approaches, and reporting techniques required to develop high-quality evidence-based reports. Participants will learn how to collect and analyse data, interpret programme outcomes, and communicate results in ways that strengthen transparency and stakeholder confidence.

The training course also introduces modern approaches to impact communication, including data visualisation, dashboard reporting, and the effective use of visual tools to simplify complex information. Participants will develop the ability to transform programme evidence into compelling narratives and reporting outputs that clearly demonstrate organisational impact.

Through practical exercises, case studies, and applied reporting workshops, participants will gain the confidence and capability to design reporting frameworks, interpret evidence, and communicate results effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
