Agentic AI Governance and Control

Establishing Accountability, Oversight and Defensible Decision-Making for Autonomous AI Systems

NASBA

Course Introduction

The Agentic AI Governance and Control Training Course is designed to help professionals establish the governance capabilities required to oversee autonomous AI systems that make or influence decisions with minimal human intervention. As organisations increasingly integrate agentic AI into critical operations, ensuring clear accountability, effective oversight, and sound governance has become essential for managing operational, regulatory, and organisational risks. This training course provides participants with the practical frameworks needed to govern AI-enabled decision-making responsibly while maintaining transparency and organisational control.

Rather than concentrating on the technical development of AI systems, the Agentic AI Governance and Control Training Course focuses on governance in practice. Participants will explore how to define ownership boundaries, allocate decision rights, establish escalation mechanisms, and create defensible governance processes that withstand audit and regulatory scrutiny. Through practical scenarios and structured learning activities, delegates will strengthen their ability to oversee autonomous AI responsibly while ensuring that governance remains effective as AI adoption continues to expand across the organisation.
