An Interactive 5-Day Training Course
This Agentic AI for Business Transformation training course provides business and digital transformation professionals with a practical understanding of how autonomous AI agents can improve organisational workflows, coordinate business activities and support operational change. Agentic AI extends the capabilities of conventional generative AI by enabling intelligent systems to plan actions, access authorised tools and complete interconnected tasks within defined operating boundaries. Participants will examine how these capabilities can be applied to business processes that require information gathering, analysis, coordination and decision support. The training course focuses on evaluating suitable opportunities, defining the responsibilities of AI agents and identifying where human judgement and approval remain essential.
Successful adoption of agentic AI requires organisations to consider business value, system integration, operational controls and workforce readiness. This training course explores the design of intelligent workflows, including single-agent and multi-agent approaches, enterprise data integration and AI-assisted process execution. Participants will examine methods for assessing implementation feasibility, selecting technologies, managing security risks and measuring operational improvements. They will also consider how governance, monitoring and accountability can support the reliable use of AI agents across business functions. By connecting autonomous AI capabilities with practical transformation requirements, the training course develops participants' ability to plan, evaluate and manage agentic AI initiatives that contribute to sustainable organisational performance.
