Advanced Techniques in Contract Data Analysis

Extracting strategic insight from contract portfolios through
data-driven analysis and visualisation

NASBA

Course Introduction

Data has become one of the most powerful tools available to contract management professionals. Contract portfolios generate significant volumes of information — from financial obligations and performance metrics to risk indicators and compliance trends — yet much of this data remains underutilised in organisational decision-making.

The Advanced Techniques in Contract Data Analysis training course equips professionals with the analytical skills and tools needed to extract meaningful insights from contract data. Participants learn how to collect, structure, and analyse contract information to identify risks, track performance, optimise costs, and support strategic decisions across the contract lifecycle.

Key focus areas include:

  • Applying advanced analytical techniques to contract portfolios
  • Building dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring
  • Using risk scoring models and trend analysis to improve governance
  • Integrating predictive analytics and AI-driven approaches into contract management
