This intensive 10-day Leadership & Performance Coaching Bootcamp training course will develop your skills as a leader, no matter what type of leader you are and how much you already know. This training course has been designed to provide you with the essential knowledge, skills and attitude need to be an effective Leader. This training course will also introduce participants to the core skills of performance coaching. Taught by a qualified Psychologist this is an excellent training course for any Leader or Manager.

This course is split in two modules:

Module 1: Leadership Bootcamp
Module 2: Performance Coaching Bootcamp

Each module is structured and can be taken as a stand-alone training course; however, delegates will maximise their benefits by taking Module 1 and 2 back-to-back as a 2-week training course.
